These flight days are attractive for both tourists and business travellers, as they are ideal for business trips during the week and for extended weekend trips. Liverpool has a special significance for easyJet. easyJet started its flight operations at the former Schönefeld Airport with the connection to Liverpool in April 2004.
In the summer flight schedule, easyJet is expanding its flight offerings to the popular Greek islands of Crete (daily), Corfu (up to six times per week), and Rhodes (up to four times per week). Crete and Corfu are available in the flight schedule from BER starting on 30 March. The airline will fly to Rhodes from 2 April. The connections to Cairo (Egypt) and Lyon (France) will be continued in the summer and offered twice a week. Agadir (Morocco) is also on the flight schedule from BER twice a week until the end of May.
This summer, easyJet is flying to more than 50 destinations from BER, offering travellers from the capital region a wide selection of city trips, including metropolises such as Geneva, London, Nice, Paris, Milan, and Zurich. In addition, the range includes package holidays from the company's own brand easyJet holidays to popular summer destinations such as Gran Canaria, Tenerife South, and Fuerteventura, with a selection of up to 3,000 hotels.
