Yes, for the ultimate level of privacy, we recommend our stylishly furnished suites, which accommodate up to four people. In addition to an elegant lounge area, you will have access to your own private bathroom. Of course, you will also enjoy our first-class service with a selection of exquisite food and drinks.

Yes, you can enjoy our VIP service regardless of your departure terminal. Please note that we do not offer VIP service for Ryanair and Luxair passengers.

Yes, children have access to the VIP Lounge Zeitgeist. We offer a reduced price for children up to the age of 13.

Yes, the VIP Lounge Zeitgeist offers exclusive relaxation zones with luxurious, comfortable seating as well as elegant workspaces for productive work. Whether you want to relax or work in focus, enjoy the highest comfort in a stylish environment.

The VIP Lounge Zeitgeist features spacious lounge areas with large panoramic windows, offering an impressive view of the airport apron and the southern runway.

Since December 16, 2025, requests for the VIP Service Zeitgeist will only be possible online via the digital request form.

The previous PDF form will be completely discontinued. Existing requests will remain unaffected.

Upon receipt of the request, it will be reviewed promptly by our VIP Service Team. If the request is feasible, you can proceed to the next step and make a binding booking for the VIP Service.

Ideally, you should reserve your stay at least 48 hours in advance. Booking for the VIP Lounge Zeitgeist is subject to availability.

Due to the extremely sensitive nature of our VIP guests' data, we have decided to protect this data with a user account. The user account also enables convenient email communication regarding your enquiry/booking.

You can conveniently access your request or booking via a corresponding button in the confirmation email and cancel it if necessary.

To change a submitted request or existing booking, please contact the VIP Service Team using the contact details provided in the emails you have received from us.

With the system changeover on December 16, 2025, the service must be paid for in advance by credit card. We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, JCB, China UnionPay, and American Express.

Please note that payment on account is only available in selected cases. This can only be done after a justified request has been submitted in writing, which can be sent informally by email. There is no entitlement to approval.

Additional services can be requested or selected directly as part of the VIP request. These will also be checked as part of the general request review. Please note that additional services may incur extra charges.

If you require additional services on site, such as extra meals or spontaneous use of a suite, please speak to our staff on site directly. Additional services on site must generally be paid for immediately by credit card.

If you need a parking space, we recommend the P1 parking garage. From there, you will find a direct passageway to our VIP Lounge Zeitgeist.
