Questions and Answers

Our long-term parking contracts for subscription parking and staff parking have a minimum term of three months. For individual parking spaces, suitable usage periods can be agreed upon as required.

No, with a long-term parking contract that does not specify a particular parking space, you are granted the right to drive into the relevant car park and choose a parking space on site.

For staff parking, the maximum parking duration is 15 hours per day. For all other types of contract, there is no time limit. There is no limit on the number of entries and exits.

You may terminate your long-term parking contract in writing, giving one month’s notice to the end of the month. Different notice periods may apply to individual parking spaces. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of APCOA PARKING Deutschland GmbH in this regard.
