Yes. With an online booking, you save compared to the price at the entrance barrier. Depending on the time of travel and the occupancy of the car parks, online prices may vary. Booking early ensures you get the best rates.

An online booking must be made at least 2 hours before the desired entry time. Exceptions to this are Premium Plus, which can be booked 1 hour in advance, and Valet Parking, which can be booked 24 hours before use.

If no available parking space is shown during your search, it means that the online allocations are already fully booked. However, you still have the option to drive to BER without a booking and choose a free car park based on the on-site occupancy displays.

The following payment methods are available for your online booking: PayPal, AMEX, MasterCard, VISA, Google Pay, Apple Pay.

No, parking spaces for passengers with reduced mobility are available in all car parks, but they cannot be specifically booked online. Please make a booking under "Parking Booking" and park your vehicle in a designated space near the terminal exit. Please display your proof of entitlement visibly behind the windscreen.

No, parking spaces with electric charging stations are available in the P3 car park, but they cannot be specifically booked online. With an online booking, you can enter the car park, but the availability of charging stations cannot be guaranteed. You also have the option to add a charging service when booking Valet Parking.

Yes, you have the option to amend your booking once free of charge at ber.apcoa.de. Please note that the prices for a new booking period may be higher, and you will need to pay the price difference.

Your trip has been extended, and the end of your current booking has not yet been reached?

Please visit ber.apcoa.de and make a new booking that seamlessly follows your current one. After your trip, please contact us via the call button at one of our payment machines or in person at our parking office on the ground floor of the P3 car park. Have both your existing and new booking numbers ready. You will receive your new exit ticket directly at the payment machine.

If you have already exceeded your booking period, the regular rate for the respective car park will apply for the additional time. You can find the prices here.

When booking the additional product "Cancellation Protection," you will receive the option to cancel your booking once. In the event of cancellation, the prepaid parking fees (minus service charges) will be refunded. You can easily cancel your booking yourself up to a maximum of 1 hour before the scheduled entry time:

1. Go to ber.apcoa.de

2. Log in with your email address and booking number, and select the booking you wish to cancel.

3. You can then cancel your booking by clicking the "Cancel Booking" button.

For bookings without cancellation protection, cancellations are not possible. However, you do have the option to amend your booking once.

If you have booked the parking space online, your licence plate will be scanned at the entrance, and you will receive a paper ticket at the barrier. Take your exit ticket, and the barrier will open automatically.

At all entry and exit barriers, there is a help button that connects you to our parking control centre. This is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Yes. By making your booking, you have reserved a parking space and can enter the car park, even if "Full" is displayed or a red light is showing at the entry.

If you leave the car park within your booked period, your licence plate will be scanned at the exit barrier, and the barrier will open automatically.

If you have exceeded your parking time, please proceed to the payment machine and pay the additional parking fees. Use the exit ticket you received upon entry for this purpose.

For a short-term stay, you can use the forecourt levels directly in front of Terminals 1 and 2. Parking is free for the first 10 minutes. Your license plate will be recorded in this area, so there is no need to visit a payment machine during the free period. The exit barrier will open automatically in this case.

The parking guidance system on the airport grounds shows whether there are available spaces in each car park or parking area. If the display shows "Full," only passengers with an online booking can enter. Without a reservation, please choose a parking area that displays "Available."

Our regular parking spaces have a standard width of 2.5 meters, and the maximum entry height for our multi-storey car parks is 2 meters. The open-air parking areas P6 and P107 do not have any height restrictions.

Yes, all car parks and parking areas at Terminals 1 and 2 are open 24 hours a day.

Parking spaces for passengers with reduced mobility are available in all car parks at BER Airport. Located directly next to the lifts, these spaces provide barrier-free access to Terminals 1 and 2.

You can find electric vehicle charging stations in car park P3 at Terminals 1 and 2 on level 0.

All car parks and parking areas are clearly signposted and easily accessible from the terminals. Additionally, all our parking spaces are numbered. We recommend photographing or noting down the number for easy reference.

Please contact the parking control centre via the help button at the payment machines or visit them in person at P3. The staff will be able to provide you with a new ticket.

Before entering the P6 car park, you will find designated motorcycle parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the parking bays along Hugo-Eckener-Allee. From there, you can walk to the terminal or alternatively, take a public transport bus (lines 735, 736, or N36) from the Hugo-Eckener-Allee bus stop for a small fee, and travel one station to the Flughafen BER stop.

All parking areas are within walking distance of Terminals 1 and 2. The P7 and P8 car parks are closest to Terminal 2. Exit the car park to the north and use the walkway beneath the bridges.
