The airport information counters in Terminal 1 are the central points of contact for all types of questions.

Our partner company AAS Aviation & Airport Services GmbH assists wheelchair users, injured people, the elderly, lone adults travelling with children below two years of age as well as deaf, blind, and mentally handicapped people. This enables us to offer these people a flight that is as uncomplicated as possible.

Accessible travel

If you have lost something on the plane or your baggage is damaged, please contact your airline's baggage tracing service.

The German Federal Police is responsible for border protection and aviation security at the airport.

You will find the Federal Police at the joint service points of the Federal Police, the State Police and Customs.

The Brandenburg state police is responsible for security in all public areas as well as the areas around the airport.

You will find the Brandenburg State Police at the joint service points of the Federal Police, the State Police and Customs.

Customs administration monitors cross-border transportation of goods and levies customs duties or tax payments. Upon arrival, all goods that are subject to registration must be registered with Customs.

If you would like to inform yourself in advance about various customs regulations regarding your baggage, you can check at the customs check.

You can hand in items that were found or pick up lost items from here, provided they were handed in at the airport.
