Things to know
about Terminal 1

Terminal 1 is the centrally located main building at the airport. The "Flughafen BER - Terminals 1-2" railway station is located in the terminal basement. The terminal can be reached by bus, regional trains, S-bahn trains, and car. Several car parks and multi-storey car parks are available.

Terminal 1 has ten check-in islands with a total of 118 counters. If you have already checked in and are travelling with hand luggage only, go directly to the security checkpoints. T1 offers 36 security checkpoints for departing passengers and five more for transfer passengers.

Terminal 1 has a wide range of shops, catering and service facilities. The heart of the terminal is the approximately 9,000 square metre marketplace directly after the security checkpoint.

Things to know
about Terminal 2

Terminal 2 is within walking distance of Terminal 1. If you are arriving by public transport, you will find the station "Flughafen BER - Terminal 1-2" directly under Terminal 1. By car, you can reach the car parks in front of Terminals 1-2 via the B96a trunk road or the A113 motorway, exit "Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg".

You will find the check-in area with the counters and self-service machines on level E0. If you have already checked in and are travelling with hand luggage only, go directly to the security check on level E1. Directly beyond is the plaza and access to the gate areas.

FAQs about
Terminal 2

Terminal 2 is located in the immediate vicinity of Terminal 1 and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Maps T1-2

Terminal 2 does not have its own driveway for vehicles. Please use the short-term parking facilities of Terminal 1 on Departures Level E1 or Arrivals Level E0.

Parking

In the immediate vicinity of Terminals 1-2, in the Airport City, you will find numerous multi-storey car parks and parking spaces.

Parking at T1-2

You can reach Terminal 2 from the station in Terminal 1 in a few minutes on foot. From the station, follow the signs to T2. The walkway is located on the arrivals level E0.
