easyJet is offering two new destinations to the far north from BER this winter. The airline will fly twice a week (Monday/Friday) to Tromsø in Norway. On 7 December, Rovaniemi in Finland will be added as an exciting destination, which will also be on the flight schedule from BER twice a week (Tuesday/Saturday).

Three people are standing in the terminal wearing Santa hats and holding up signs. There is a large letterbox between them.

Rovaniemi – letters to Father Christmas

Rovaniemi is also known as the home of Santa Claus. The Santa Claus Village and the official Santa Claus post office are open all year round in the capital of Lapland.

easyJet is offering a very special service at BER in the period up to 17 December. The Letters to Santa campaign gives families and children in the region the opportunity to send a letter or wish list directly to Santa. The letters can be posted in the specially set up easyJet letterbox. This is located in the market square directly behind the security control in Terminal 1. Alternatively, letters can be handed in at the easyJet desk in the check-in hall in Terminal 1. The easyJet crew will then fly the Christmas post to Rovaniemi and hand it over in person.
