All persons aged 18 or over are eligible to enter. Employees of Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH, its subsidiaries, sales and cooperation partners, as well as persons involved in organising or running the competition and their respective relatives, are excluded from participation.

Entry is free of charge and does not require any purchase. Only one entry per person will be accepted for the prize draw. Multiple entries are not permitted, including entries submitted using multiple email addresses or accounts operated by the same person.

The organiser of the competition is Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH, 12521 Berlin. The competition is not organised by any other platform. Cash payment of the prize value, exchange or extension of the prize are excluded. The prize is non-transferable. The prize may not be sold or used for any other commercial purpose.

Prize

A voucher (discount code) for one week (7 days) of free parking in the P8 car park at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) will be drawn via Instagram, Facebook and the Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH website.

The parking space must be booked by 31 December 2026 at the latest using the discount code. After this date, the discount code will expire and the prize will be forfeited. The parking period must take place between notification of the prize and 31 December 2026. The prize can only be redeemed for parking offers at the P8 car park at Berlin Brandenburg Airport via the Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH website: parken.berlin-airport.de. Booking and confirmation of the parking space are subject to availability.

The prize must be redeemed in full and in a single booking transaction. Parking bookings can only be changed after booking in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions.

Additional services (such as valet parking, exterior cleaning, etc.) can be booked individually during the booking process for an additional fee.

Competition Period

The competition runs from 15 July 2026 to 31 July 2026, 11:59 pm CET.

Early Termination and Exclusion

Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time before the end of the competition period without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if the proper running of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. In such cases, participants shall have no entitlement to the continuation of the competition, payment of prizes or compensation from Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH.

Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they breach these terms and conditions. A breach includes, in particular, attempts to manipulate the competition or the use of other unfair means when entering. Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH may also issue such an exclusion retrospectively, withdraw prizes already awarded and reclaim them.

Entry and Selection of Winner

Anyone who correctly answers the four questions on the competition page and submits their answers during the competition period via the website form provided by the organiser will be entered into the competition.

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants by 5 August 2026 and will receive the prize described above.

Prize and Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH via email after the draw has taken place. If the winner accepts the prize, it will be sent exclusively by email to the winner.

Handling of Personal Data

As part of the competition, Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH processes participants’ personal data (first name, surname and email address). This data will only be used for administering the competition and will be deleted after the end of the competition and after the date on which the prize has been redeemed. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data will not be passed on to any other third parties.

For the purpose of administering the competition, Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH uses the company Silverlining Research as a data processor. Please provide the complete address.

Participants may object to the storage and use of their personal data for the competition at any time with effect for the future by contacting Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH. If participants request the deletion of their data, they will naturally no longer be able to take part in the ongoing prize draw.

Further Rights

In accordance with the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to:

request information about the processing of your personal data. In this context, you also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed (Article 15 GDPR);
request the immediate correction of inaccurate or completion of incomplete personal data concerning you (Article 16 GDPR);
request the immediate deletion of your personal data if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected or if another reason for deletion applies, provided that no legal obligations, such as statutory retention periods, prevent deletion (Article 17 GDPR);
request restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 GDPR).

You also have the right to receive personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, which we process by automated means based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or for the initiation and performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit this data to another controller.

You also have the right to request that your personal data be transmitted by us to third parties, where technically feasible. This right does not apply where such transmission would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons (Article 20 GDPR).

Finally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with any data protection supervisory authority of your choice, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates applicable legal provisions. Any other administrative or judicial remedies available to you remain unaffected (Article 77 GDPR).
