If your registration number is not found, ScanPay may not yet be available in this car park or parking area. In that case, please pay at the pay machine.

If you have accidentally selected the wrong car park or parking area, please restart the process.

You will receive a digital payment confirmation and can then exit using license plate recognition.

ScanPay is a contactless payment method that allows you to conveniently pay your parking fees via smartphone – without using a pay machine.

Scan the QR code in the car park, select the corresponding car park or parking area, and pay digitally.

No, ScanPay works directly through your smartphone’s browser.

You can pay with credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Before exiting, please scan the QR code and select your car park or parking area.
Payment will only be taken after you have left the car park – once your parking session has ended and the actual tariff has been calculated.

Yes, once the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a digital confirmation – provided that you have entered your email address in the “Do you require an invoice?” section.

Then ScanPay is currently not available for this area. Please use the pay machine in this case.

Cash pay machines are still available in the car parks and parking areas. 

Please note: By the end of 2026, we will gradually convert our car parks to cashless payment. After that, payment will only be possible using digital methods.
