Eurowings is strengthening its presence at Berlin Brandenburg Airport and will be offering significantly more services in the upcoming winter timetable. Germany’s largest holiday airline will then station eleven aircraft in the capital region and employ more than 300 crew members in Berlin and Brandenburg.
The airline is responding to rising demand by adding two more aircraft and expanding its route network in a targeted manner. New additions to the schedule include the Italian university city of Bologna. This new non-stop route complements Eurowings’ existing Italian services from BER, which already include destinations such as Rome, Naples and Olbia.
Eurowings is also expanding ist leisure offerings: frequencies to popular destinations in the Canary Islands – including Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Tenerife – are being increased.
