Normal flight operations to resume on 19 March

On 18 March 2026, there are no regular flights at BER due to a warning strike. From 19 March, flight operations will resume as normal.

Additional take-offs and landings planned

Following today’s warning strike at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), regular flight operations will resume on Thursday, 19 March 2026. Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH (FBB) expects around 80,000 passengers, making it a normal day for traffic.

Around 570 flights are scheduled throughout the day. Airlines have so far scheduled a total of 29 additional take-offs and landings to accommodate travellers who were unable to fly today, Wednesday, due to the warning strike.
