Discover Bratislava with Wizz Air

For the first time, Wizz Air is offering tourists and business travellers from the capital region an attractive flight connection from BER to Slovakia. Modern A321neo aircraft will fly to the Slovakian capital four times a week – on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The flight time is one hour and fifteen minutes. Bratislava captivates visitors with its historic Old Town and beautiful natural surroundings. Thanks to its geographical location, the city on the Danube is the perfect starting point for exploring the border triangle between Slovakia, Austria and Hungary.

New destinations in the 2026 summer timetable

Wizz Air is significantly expanding its flight offering and will operate services to a total of twelve destinations in the summer flight schedule.

  • Bratislava (Slovakia), from 16 March 2026, four times a week

  • Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina), from 30 March 2026, three times a week

  • Cluj-Napoca (Romania), from 31 March 2026, three times a week 

  • Timișoara (Romania), from 21 May 2026, twice a week

  • Bucharest (Romania), continuing from the winter timetable, once daily

Increased frequencies and more seats

The existing routes to Belgrade, Chișinău, Tirana and Varna will also be expanded in summer 2026.

  • Belgrade (Serbia), an additional frequency, increasing to five times a week.

  • Chișinău (Republic of Moldova), gradual expansion by four frequencies, increasing to seven times a week.

  • Tirana (Albania), plus two to three flights, up to ten times a week 

  • Varna (Bulgaria), expansion of services through increased seating capacity

Destination Bratislava

Bratislava is unique and full of surprises: there is much to discover among the Old Town streets, panoramic views, and short walks along the Danube.
