Terminal 1, Level E0, in the centre of the baggage reclaim hall (access from the public area behind the airport information desk) / For Terminal 2 arrivals, the baggage tracing desk is located in Terminal 2.

Croatia Airlines has been operating non-stop flights from BER to Zagreb since May 2024. The route is scheduled three times a week from BER all year round. The airline also offers seasonal flights between Berlin and Split.
