On our observation deck at Terminal 1

The observation deck is open from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Please note that the observation deck may be closed due to the weather or for other technical reasons. If this is the case, it will not be possible to book a ticket via the system.

Each visitor, including children of all ages, must have their own valid ticket. Tickets are available via online-booking or on site at the ticket kiosks. We look forward to seeing you!

Frequently asked questions

You book a fixed time slot for your visit. Therefore, please be punctual on site. The validity of the ticket always starts at the selected time and ends after 90 minutes. For example, if you book a ticket for 09:30, it is valid until 11:00. This means that you can enter the terrace by ticket scan at 9:30 a.m. at the earliest and must leave the terrace by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
