Purposes and legal basis of the data processing
When our BER Mobility Service (PRM service – passenger with reduced mobility) is used, we process personal data to render the best possible service for you. When you land with us, we receive all the necessary information from your airline. If you take off at BER and have already informed the airline that you are using the PRM service, we shall also receive the data from the airline. Similarly, you can use the service at the airport and register directly on site. To render the service, we process your name, the type of support service, your flight details and the date and time the service is rendered. Your airline is informed of the PRM services at the destination airport.
The legal basis for the data processing is Article 6(1), point c) and point b), GDPR. The data are processed by way of implementing the EU Regulation 1107/2006, i.e. as a result of a legal requirement. Furthermore, it is necessary to execute the service contract.
Data erasure
All data processed at the airport in conjunction with the PRM service shall be erased after three months.
