Material contractual obligations are those that arise from the nature of the contract and whose violation endangers the purpose and content of the contract.

The airport operator assumes no liability for any objections in the passenger control and any delays or other consequences resulting therefrom.

The user is obligated to return the buggy to a return station or boarding gate empty and in an undamaged, clean and braked condition so that the mobility aid does not pose an obstacle to others.
