According to the Federal Infection Protection Act, persons may only leave the house between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. if they have a valid reason. The Federal Ministry of Health does not count tourist trips among the exceptions to the curfew.

On 1st November, the first departures took off from BER. easyJet was the first airline to take off at 6:45 am with a direct flight to London Gatwick.

Let's start in the morning. The easyJet aircraft is ready for take-off.

The first flight from BER took off today at 6:45 am on an easyJet aircraft for London Gatwick. Stephan Erler, head of easyJet Germany and Engelbert Lütke Daldrup, head of the airport, were on site.
