easyJet is taking to the skies again

Just in time for the start of the holidays, easyJet is once again stepping up its flight programme from BER. Alone on the first holiday weekend, 55 routes will be served, including popular and new sun destinations in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Bulgaria as well as to the island of Sylt.

But the pan-European airline is also heading to numerous other destinations within Europe much more frequently. This year, easyJet will be serving summer air traffic through BER with up to 18 aircraft. The range of destinations in July offers even more choice.

Fun in the sun

Lamezia Terme is new to easyJet's flight programme. Using this picturesque town in southern Italy as a base, sun-drenched Calabria can be explored easily, far away from the throng of mass tourism. Located near the Tyrrhenian coast, it offers an inviting destination for families, bathers, water sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Long white sandy beaches, crystal clear turquoise water beckon just like the impressive mountain ranges, national parks as well as historic towns and old-fashioned villages.

The airline, with its cheerful orange and white planes, is also laying on flights again to the Spanish coastal city of Valencia, to Ibiza in the Balearic Islands, the popular Greek holiday islands of Crete, Mykonos and Santorini as well as to Burgas on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
