Opening of Terminal 1

of BER

On 31 October 2020, the new Terminal 1 of Berlin Brandenburg Airport Willy Brandt was commissioned. At the opening, one easyJet and one Lufthansa aircraft each landed. Regular air traffic began in the evening and Terminal 1 was opened to the public at 8 pm according to the flight schedule.
