Creamy porridge with colourful toppings and a freshly brewed coffee to go with it – travellers at BER can now enjoy a tasty and healthy start to their day. The new Haferkater at the Market Place in Terminal 1 expands the culinary range of services on the airport’s airside. Vegan and vegetarian passengers will get their money’s worth here. The sweet porridge can be topped with ingredients such as honey-nut granola, wild berry compote or cedar seeds.
In addition to the healthy breakfast, Haferkater also offers salads, sandwiches, wraps and savoury bowls with quinoa, chard or hummus to eat there or to take to the gate.
